RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Return is accepted on a exchange basis only. Please email us for authorisation to return any items, if you ship items to us that are unauthorised we cannot accept any responsibilities for those items and cannot offer any due care. If goods should be defective upon receipt, customer has up to 7 days from date of receipt for exchange of new one. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Mounting and running fuel through a model engine, installing radio parts in a model, cutting up balsa sheets in kits, installing software or discarding the packing material are some examples of what constitutes used merchandise. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to Taiwa Pty Ltd in any way. Buyers pay for all return/exchange shipping & handling fees. Shipping&handling fees are non-refundable.

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
We accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model. In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or to operator error. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts, and repairs not completed by our service centre etc. All of the products we sell are intended for retail consumption by our customers and are not intended for resale. Any consequences arising out of the resale of merchandise purchased from Taiwa Pty Ltd is the responsibility of the seller, not Taiwa Pty Ltd.

All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site and all other Taiwa Pty Ltd publications are subject to change. Taiwa Pty Ltd maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site or in our publications, Taiwa Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion. Please contact us within 7 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
